Title: Network Server Engineer

Location: Sioux Falls

Description: This position will provide system administration and engineering support for networked servers, applications, and support systems. The Network Server Engineer will design and integrate systems into the infrastructure, monitor system availability, research and drive the design and definition of IT Infrastructure technology, initiatives, and direction. This position will be part of a group whose primary responsibility is the maintenance of the networked server systems' health and reliability, and will help define the long-term plan for IT infrastructure development.

Requirements: Minimum requirements include a four-year college degree with an information technology emphasis and ten years experience in the information technology field or any combination of technical training and applicable IT experience that totals fourteen years. Specific experience requirements: 1. Proven server, network hardware, and backup and disk subsystem experience. 2. Proven success working as or with Infrastructure systems and staff. 3. Demonstrable problem solving skills. 4. Ability to communicate technical aspects of systems and initiatives with vendors and/or other Company business units. 5. Demonstrated team leadership skills. 6. Experience or training in project management skills and methodologies. 7. Solid oral, written and interpersonal skills. 8. Knowledge of information technology standards.
