Job Listing Title: Underwriter Location: Quincy, MADescription: Primarily responsible for underwriting and servicing existing bond accounts in a field office. Analyzes, evaluates, and refers new and existing business to a more senior level underwriter within the branch office. Underwriting authority is determined by the Branch Manager. Requirements: College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent business experience required. Minimum of one to three years underwriting experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with both internal and external clients. Excellent planning and organization skills.
