I am having problems with Internet bONdLINE. Where I can get assistance? Refer to your Internet bONdLINE Manual. What types of bonds does CNA Surety write? CNA Surety provides commercial and contract surety bonds in all 50 states through a combined network of over 36,000 independent agencies. Please refer to the Products section of our web site for more detailed information. I need to submit a claim on a bond/policy. How do I do that? Please refer to the Claims section of our web site for information on where to submit a claim. I am an independent insurance agent and would like sell surety bonds. How can I become appointed with your company? Contact our Agency Department or print and fax a fully completed and signed Agency Application* along with copies of your agent/agency licenses to: CNA Surety Agency Department, P. O.
